Making the Most of Time With the Girls

We leave for China on Friday to adopt our 3 year old son. Amidst all of the planning, packing, fears, and excitement, today we needed to become oblivious of all we know so that I could sit back and enjoy the here and now that is my family. We, girls, enjoyed a lazy day at home...still in our PJs, rolling across the floor, posing for silly pictures, eating junk, laughing about nonsense. For tomorrow the craziness of life will return. Thank you, Lord, for the profound reward of quiet moments with little babes.

Walk with us through this journey.

  1. So glad to see your blog -- and what a precious family you have! Is there a way we can sign up to follow your blog - so when you post, we get notified?? Sorry to be such a pain - but so excited for you! We have had Ally home 2 months now and she is amazing! She fits our family like a glove......all God's design. I know it will be that way for you too. You'll wonder what you ever did without him! Love, Cheryl
